This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for the web design, development, and AI services provided by Altus Web Solutions. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below. We aim to be fair and transparent: because our work is service-based and customised, refunds are handled according to project stage rather than a blanket money-back guarantee.
A deposit (typically 30–50% of the project fee) is required before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, as they reserve our team’s time and cover initial discovery, planning, and setup costs. If you cancel before any work has begun, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Larger projects are billed in milestones (for example: design approval, development build, launch). Each milestone payment becomes non-refundable once the milestone deliverable has been approved by you or delivered. If you request changes after approving a milestone, these will be quoted as additional work.
You may be eligible for a partial refund where:
Refunds are not available for: work already completed and approved; delays caused by late content, feedback, or approvals from you; third-party costs (domains, hosting, licences, ad spend, stock assets); or changes in business direction after work has begun.
For AI chatbot, automation, and integration services, fees cover configuration, training, and integration effort. Because AI model behaviour depends in part on third-party platforms and training data, we do not guarantee specific AI outputs; however, we will make reasonable efforts to tune and correct issues during the agreed support period.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your project reference and the reason for your request. We will review it within 10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
