Why a new website
What this concept changes
A good business let down by small website details. This concept fixes the things we spotted on the current site — honestly and specifically.
01
A footer frozen in 2014
The current site's copyright line still reads 2014 — twelve years out of date, which quietly tells visitors the business may have gone quiet. This concept keeps dates current everywhere.
Current footer: © 201402
No email address on the homepage
The email only appears on the Contact Us page — nowhere on the homepage. Visitors who prefer writing to calling give up. This concept puts email alongside the phones, in the header and contact sections.
Current homepage: no email shown03
Doubled commas in the address
The address lines read "The Orchards,, Leventhorpe,, Woodlesford,," — a small typo that undermines an otherwise established business. This concept presents contact details cleanly and correctly.
Current: The Orchards,, Leventhorpe,, Woodlesford,,
