What this concept changes

Three specific weaknesses on the current alanfranklin.co.uk — each one fixed here. Verified against the live site on 14 October 2026.

Weakness 01 — Contact

No phone number or email on the homepage

Your phone and email currently appear only on inner service pages — the homepage shows neither, so most visitors never see how to reach you.

The fix0161 789 0473 and [email protected] sit in the header of every page, with a call button on mobile.
Weakness 02 — Content

An “Achievements” heading with no achievements

The homepage’s Achievements section lists nothing — just a thin paragraph. Nothing here to earn a visitor’s confidence.

The fixReal verified trust facts instead: public-sector clients, certified workforce, 50+ local people trained.
Weakness 03 — Security

Served over plain HTTP

The site loads over unencrypted HTTP — no automatic redirect to HTTPS. Browsers flag this, and it undermines trust.

The fixThis concept is built HTTPS-ready, so visitors never see a “Not secure” warning.
